Volunteers help make things great at Wellsville Elementary! There are many opportunities to volunteer. This is a list of organizations that need volunteers. If you are interested in helping with an event, please contact us! You will get a form to fill out in your packet on back-to-school night. If you miss it, ask Jill in the office for a copy to fill out. 

  

•      Grandparents’ Day (First Graders)—Fall (September 8, 2017)
•      Fundraising—Fall (September. Race is September 27, 2017)
•      Vision Testing—Fall (October 11, 2017)
•      Evening of the Arts—Fall (night is November 16, 2017)
•      Musical--Tryouts December, rehearsals January-March, performance March
•      Valentine Tea Party—February (February 14, 2018)
•      Teacher Appreciation Week—April 30-May 4, 2018
•      Book Fair—SEP Conferences (October 5-6 and February 1-2)
•      Safety and Welfare—Ongoing (Walk to School is September 1, Red Ribbon Week is    October 23-27)
•      DIBELS Testing—One day in September, January, and May
•      Fluoride Helper—Twice yearly (September and March)
•      Reading Minutes—Monthly
•      Room Mom Helper--Ongoing
•      Room Mom—All Year  
•    Photographing Events: Ongoing
•    Science Fair--Early Winter (night is February 7, 2018)
